Marketing Manager (5-days work)

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute and evaluate marketing strategies to meet business growth and revenue generation. Channels include: SEO, SEM, Social Media, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships & Collaborations, Events, and Offline Activation.
Collaborate with operation team to ensure marketing programs are executed in efficient and effective way. This includes all consumers touch points such as sales kit, pricing strategy, in store design/POP, above-the-line communication, customer loyalty programs and offline promotional activities.
Overseeing the company’s marketing budget; Planning and implementing promotional campaigns with advertisers, affiliates and other partners.
Develop and implement customers’ acquisition, retention and conversion Plan.
Ensuring marketing campaigns increase user engagement; improving methodologies for user awareness, and subsequently measuring results to ensure future campaigns are improved.
Conduct market research to analyze market trend, consumers' insight and competitors' strategies.
Creation and publication of all marketing material to be in line with marketing plans.
Co-ordinate work with in-house design teammate for all marketing collaterals.
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years marketing experiences, including 3 years in managerial or supervisory position in skincare / beauty industry.
Solid experience with managing social media and developing content led campaigns.
Self-motivated, strategic thinking, detailed minded and able to work independently and under pressure.
A good team leader with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to think outside of the box, bring new ideas and concepts to the role.
Proficiency on both English and Chinese.
Immediate available is preferred.
