Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
At least 1 year customer services / front desk services experience
Form 5 or above
Good command of spoken English & Cantonese
Greeting guests and general reception duties
To achieve the high level of guest satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner
Handle incoming telephone calls/requires from clients and visitors
Cashier checkout
Pleasant personality, mature and able to work under pressure
Organized, service minded and good communication skills
Able to carry out activities to support business
Will be required to operate basic computer software and perform administrative duties
Able to work shifts, weekend public holidays
Salary up to HK$14,000 per month
Senior Customer Services Officer
At least 2-3 years customer services / front desk services experience
Form 5 or above
Good command of spoken English & Cantonese
Greeting guests and general reception duties
To achieve the high level of guest satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner
Handle incoming telephone calls/requires from clients and visitors
Cashier checkout
Pleasant personality, mature and able to work under pressure
Organized, service minded and good communication skills
Able to carry out activities to support business
Will be required to operate basic computer software and perform administrative duties
Able to work shifts, weekend public holidays
Salary up to HK$16,000 per month
